Stayed in a lovely double room that was nicely decorated, had 24/7 heating, and even offered a wake-up service. the hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. 🌟

Tapas restaurant on the premises, neat room with bathroom and a/c, as example. Exceptionally nice breakfast with lots of food options. Location just next door to the square in old Ponferrada and the old town of Ponferrada and the castle, museum, churches, restaurants and located on an interesting square.

This unit is nicely decorated and spacious, with 24-hour heating, located right next to a great castle, churches, and a castle.

everything was lovely, i recommend. tastefully decorated units with a balcony and a terrific view plus private bathroom, and the staff were accommodating. the location was perfect for my stay, 200 metres from museo de la radio. the restaurant was small and food was tasty.

Excellent staff (Language skills, efficiency, courtesy). Prime location for town exploration on foot. Well-furnished, modern and comfortable room, with balcony overlooking town hall square, v. pretty view (but also rather noisy some evenings!). Car parking in paying underground parking was very convenient, (forget about finding free outdoor parking!). WiFi worked.

Breakfast choice OK, but breakfast room not so OK (cigarette butts still there from previous evening's restaurant activity!).

A first class hotel in all respects and an excellent location for a city visit.

We had difficulty finding the hotel, so prior information would have been appreciated on the procedure for parking on arrival.

This place has a perfect location next to attractions, bars, and restaurants, including the plaza and the castle, all within walking distance.

We asked for king room and it was upscale with 24 hour heating.

The location was great. The room was unique and comfortable. The AC was adequate. The staff friendly and the breakfast regional and delicious.

The location is fantastic, right next to the plaza with the Town Hall and restaurants nearby. the hotel is conveniently close to the historic castle. - Our room was modern and upscale, equipped with smoke detectors.

Nice hotel situated in the heart of the town. Easy parking. Relaxing restaurants with gentle and prof. services.

The ideal location here and the knowledgeable, attentive staff make for a great experience, plus you can easily stroll to a nearby Catholic church.

Good Hotel, well priced, good location.

There were central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television in the room, loved that. The staff was very amiable and knowledgeable, always there to help.
